This is the best vet practice I've been to. very friendly and helpful - Andrew has looked after my chickens since 2020 and I highly recommend him as an exotic vet. - so much so I'm willing to travel 20+ miles for the care given

This is undoubtedly the best vet practice that I have visited & is definitely worth travelling a bit further. All of the staff which I have encountered are friendly and helpful. Andrew is friendly and professional. He spends time examining my cat & explaining things. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Hopefully it will remain independent and of such a high standard.

We are so pleased to have found this excellent independent veterinary practice. Took our elderly cat Charlie with a skin problem and Andrew was wonderful; took his time to do a thorough examination and think through the various diagnoses and treatments, all explained in detail and our opinion sought at every stage. Lovely calm atmosphere and welcoming staff, place was spotless and a big thank you to Karen who clipped Charlie's nails so gently and quickly. Left feeling reassured and confident and (unlike most vets) not hustled out the door having been ripped off. We wish Andrew and his team every success going forward, they deserve it.

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary practice! Andrew always has so much time for his patients and offers expert advice. To find a vet that specialises in rabbits and exotic animals is a special find, especially when the time, care and attention is this good a standard. I would recommend this vets to everyone and am so happy and relieved we have found it for our rabbit, Harry.

This is by far the best vet we have ever visited. Andrew and his team were absolutely amazing with our dog Blue during his recent illness. Their kindness, compassion and dedication meant the world to us and made such a difference at a difficult time. We felt truly cared for and knew Blue was in the best hands. Because of the incredible care we received, we’ll be moving all our pets to this practice. We are so grateful and cannot thank them enough.
