Great team who really care and it shows in everything they do, they all seem really happy and obviously enjoy their work. The receptionists are friendly, helpful and always happy to share a fuss, my dog was scared on his first visit, and Jade noticed this, she went out of her way to spend time with him, offer treats and generally put him ( and me) at ease, now he runs in through the door. The vets and nurses are lovely, nothing is too much trouble, everything is explained and my boy was treated with the utmost care and respect. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Monty my lab had to be put to sleep the staff were so nice not rushed and very dignified about the whole process from the reception staff Ann to the vet Lucy such a hard process made a little easier by these wonderful people thank you

Absolutely incredible vets. Always go above and beyond for my pets and cater to our needs (we have one dog that isn't friendly and one that is very friendly). My previous dog was under Giles, incredible vet, recently got a new dog and she will see Giles too. I have every faith in these vets that if something should arise with my animals, they will go above and beyond to help them and us. Connie (my dog) visited Giles yesterday, amazing as always. Honestly the best veterinary surgery around. Brilliant with all my little ones, 3 cats 1 dog. Very accommodating when it comes to booking times and they keep you up to date on everything. Looked after my 3 cats beautifully when they each had their spay/neuters, followed up on their aftercare and the actual surgery, especially on my female cat, was so good. My female cat didn't need any help healing and was cone free and not needing painkillers within 48 hours, and we know females have it tougher than the boys when it comes to that surgery. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Oakhill in Kirkham have maintained an effective service during the CV pandemic with excellent barrier precautions ensuring everyone stays safe. The staff are always willing to respond to telephone queries and we have enjoyed numerous vet ringbacks amounting to remote free consultations. Like all vets it is not cheap but their costs are competitive and after trying 3 other vets in the area we are very happy with the services and people employed here. Highly recommended.
