Just great. My pooch had an ongoing skin condition which 3 other vets didn’t seem to be able to get to the bottom of but Robin and Sarah were great and we’re now on the road to recovery. Can’t recommend enough.

Wonderful vets, receptionist Donna is always friendly and Robin knows to turn scales on before letting us in room as my dog Smudge goes straight in and sits on them to be weighed. I love how he always remembers us can’t fault this practice and would definitely recommend 👏👏

Always receive a professional efficient caring service from the receptionist and vets in Wesham since my puppy joined 18 months ago. She also received excellent treatment and care when Speyed (plus laser treatment) at Penwortham, she healed quickly, such a relief.

Fantastic, the receptionist at the Wesham branch was brilliant. Phoned to try and get a quick appointment as was so worried about my little pooch. No appointments were available until the following week. I explained the situation to the lady, think it was Carol or Donna, who was really sympathetic but unfortunately no earlier appointments were available, so booked in for the following week. Come the afternoon Carol called me back saying they had an cancellation the same day if I could make it. Of which I did. The vet was amazing and put me at ease and explained everything to me. I really can not thank the receptionist enough, going way above her job to help my pooch. Thank you again, so much appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great vets our first visit with our new puppy reassuring and clear in explaining treatment. Would certainly recommend. Very good prices too and great domestic pet plan.
