Absolutely best vets ever! We moved our dog to this vets just over a year ago and it was the best decision we ever made. All the staff are so friendly and attentive offering such a personal service. We would recommend Hoghton Village vet to anyone!

Mcghee was seriously ill with a cyst on his spleen, he needed an emergency operation. The care he was given was absolutely A1, we cannot thank the wonderful staff here, that cared for him enough. They had time to answer all our questions and made us feel that mcghee would be looked after to the best of their ability, which he was. I cannot recommend this vets enough

Last week after a bad experience with a vets in Bamber Bridge we searched local Vets and Hoghton Village Vets popped up with 5 star reviews and to be honest their professionalism, compassion and knowledge they gave us as a vulnerable and grieving family at our time in need was truly amazing and deserves more than 5 stars! Our beautiful boy was laid to rest on 14/11/25 after a short illness and we thank you for caring for him at the end of his life. RIP Freddie the Beddie.

I would highly recommend this friendly vet practice, all the staff are skilled, knowledgeable and caring. I took my Lhasa in for a lump she wasn't insured and I was given a full estimate and breakdown of the costs involved so I could make a decision, obviously chose have it removed and tested, results were back within 4 days, very impressed. I like that you are informed of the costs so you can make the right decisions for yourself. The lump was benign and she's recovering well, thanks to All the nurses and vets at Hoghton Village Vets.

A great practice with friendly but yet professional staff who have our pets interests at heart. Nothing is too trouble much for the team. Always ready to help out pets feel at ease. Highly recommended!

In our hour of need Hoghton Village Vets came to support us. Olwyn and Becca were wonderful and caring and what we needed. Totally professional but wonderfully warm. Our world is obsessed with doing everything on a massive scale but it loses heart! After experiencing conglomerate we got heart in the end with Hoghton Village Vets. I can’t recommend this lovely independent vets enough for your precious pets.

Had such a wonderful experience this afternoon with Maria and Zoe! Took my 14 year old cocker spaniel in to see Zoe after having a disappointing experience at another veterinary practice and can honestly say we felt so much at ease! The care and attention was second to none. Maria was super welcoming and helpful too! Thankyou so much xxx
