Personally have always had a great experience at the cottam branch of Lanes vets .... the staff are always caring and have always shown me understanding and honest advice towards my animal. The most recent visit was for a routine procedure with my dog ... needless to say Jo who performed that operation was outstanding. I thank her most sincerely for doing that, all the team have been great can't say enough about them. Great experience, great team, great branch.

Good experience each and every visit with the treatment. Lovely vets who give our pets a positive, fun, calming experience with lots of cuddles calmness and a few treats. My dog is now a teenager and because he was treated fantasticly when he was a pup, he actually pulls me into this great vets practice. The information they give me to my questions is given willingly and not rushed. Oh and all the receptionists are ready calm and comforting for our pets with their individual needs. If it is my cat they give her calming covers. They are very attentive. Thank you all.

At Lanes Vets, it feels like they really care about your pets. They take the time and effort to listen to any concerns and strive to get to the bottom of any issues. I used to take my pets to a large chain vet practice and it felt like you were on a conveyor belt - in and out quickly. Whereas at Lanes I never feel like I’m being rushed out of the door if I still have questions. The team are very friendly and welcoming - always a 5 star service provided! Special mention to the vet Peter who helped us and our cat during a difficult time. Whilst he may not always have had all the answers right away, he always took the time and made the effort to speak to colleagues for advice and do his own research to get back to me with other avenues to try and help my cat. If I tried to contact him and he was unavailable, he always got back to me when he had a moment free. He has a very calming demeanour which is great when he is handling animals that may be distressed. His support and advice was invaluable and incomparable. I feel he goes above and beyond for his patients and he is a real asset to the Lanes Vets team.
