First visit: Cat wasn't very happy, but they were fine. Vet was friendly, along with the Nurse/Secretary. Recommended. S

I've used the Myerscough Veterinary Group for more than ten years. I'm a guide dog owner, and the vets have always been brilliant. I'm believed when I ring saying my dog is ill. I'm not treated like a paranoid parent. I recommend the vets highly. They have branches in several places, all in the Myerscough group. Your pets get excellent treatment at any of their branches. I started going to the Ashton-on-Ribble branch because I know the area very well. I knew my dog would be treated very well because it's the Myerscough group. My dog was treated very well here just as I knew he would be.

I was a little nervous about trying a new vets but wanted a fresh start for my new kitty . I decided on myerscough as it was pretty local. I don't know why I worried. They were wonderful as soon as I entered the building making sure I understood everything and answering any questions I had (which was a lot since I've never owned a cat before). They gave all the time I needed and weren't pushy or rushing me at all. I've visited 3 times now and already feel like part of the myerscough family.

I rang them about the unfortunate discussion of having to have my dog put down 🙁. They where absolutely brilliant! It's not something I have had to do before and not a conversation I wanted to have (as could be imagined). The information I needed was met with great understanding and I felt like I was speaking to someone who really cared. It is not the first time I have dealt with this veterinary group, they have always been amazing. They always treat chewy like he was apart of the family, not just an animal and I thank them for that very much so!!! Much love 💙✌

Excellent vets! My dog and I started going here a couple of months ago, they are fantastic. Have had to see lovely vet Kate a few times because of my dogs ailments. Very thorough, explain everything clearly and always warm and friendly greeting. Highly recommend them. 5*+++
